With over 9 years of work experience in Operations and Technical support, Sarah started off working as a customer service personnel in the call center dept then proceeded to work as a technical support officer where she was promoted to the position of a team leader in the operations/Technical dept.
She has gained experience over the years has provided efficient and effective second-level support for customers, monitored the performance of systems, services, notes trends, and initiates action when necessary.
Ms. Raphael expert in identifying, analyzing, and resolving/troubleshot job scheduling problems and escalating when necessary to ensure an efficient resolution.
Sarah coordinates planned and unplanned applications administration activities with business units to minimize or reduce the impact on business processes.
Her objective is to serve in an organization that enables her to explore, learn and broaden her expertise as well as apply her knowledge and versatile skills.
She holds a BSC in Information Technology at Methodist University Ghana and a Master’s in Management Information Systems at Coventry University UK.
