The leading payment solutions provider planned exciting activities to engage employees and customers. Each day, featured unique dress codes that reflect key values of eTranzact Ghana, emphasizing teamwork, passion, and the drive to provide outstanding service.

On Monday, October 7th, employees kicked off the week in eTranzact-branded tops and jeans, symbolizing the company’s collective energy and unity. This promoted the brand publicly, showcasing eTranzact’s team spirit and zeal for providing excellent customer service.

Smart casual wear on Tuesday, October 8th allowed employees to express their fashion sense, embodying the adaptability and modernity that define eTranzact’s approach to serving its customers. The day symbolizes the company’s ability to stay on-trend.

The mid-week, Wednesday saw employees don floral outfits, a sign of flourishing relationships between team members and customers.

In a nod to Ghanaian culture, employees wore African attire on Thursday, celebrating the local traditions that influenced eTranzact’s customer engagement. The day highlighted the company’s deep-rooted connection to Ghanaian values of warmth and respect.

eTranzact climaxed the week with employees wearing white tops, jeans, and white shoes. The white color represents purity, honesty, and trust—all qualities that eTranzact upholds in its relationships with customers and stakeholders.
